Cynthia “Cindy” Towers, Esq., Co-Founder, President, & CEO of JURISolutions Legal (JSL), leads JSL’s Inclusive Engagement Committee. JSL is one of the largest Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified legal services and recruitment firms. JSL’s consulting arm, jurisADVANCE, specifically designed for the legal industry, offers services to enhance operational efficiency and implement strategies that improve the retention and utilization of highly qualified legal professionals and law firms from a wide range of backgrounds.
Cindy is committed to expanding opportunities for small and emerging businesses and law firms. She regularly mentors entrepreneurs, serves on numerous legal industry committees, and is a frequent speaker on retention strategies and best practices for fostering professional growth in law firms and corporate legal departments. Cindy serves as Vice Chair of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBEC) East Board of Directors, is a multi-term Board Member of both Women Owned Law (WOL) and the SBA’s Regulatory Fairness Board, and has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors for Diversity Alliance for Science (DA4S).
JSL partners with various professional organizations supporting business growth and legal industry excellence, including the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), where Cindy serves as Co-Chair of the National Legal Industry Council (NLIC). Cindy and JSL have been recognized by numerous awards for their leadership and contributions to the legal profession and the economy.
